Refund policy

Lumera Electric has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in its original packaging. All original labels, manuals, accessories, parts, and documentation must be included. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions, including how and where to send your package. If applicable, we may also provide a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number, a description of the problem, and photos of the item and packaging when contacting us.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products, special orders, personalized items, opened or installed electrical products, products that have been used or altered, and items not in their original packaging.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, or any item that cannot be safely resold or shipped. Please contact us at Info@lumeraelectric.com if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, clearance items, final-sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you need is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item through https://lumeraelectric.com/.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
